Make a great little clutch to hold all of your essentials when you get all glammed up. The bag is made in three parts the lacy flap, the textured body of the bag and the button straps. Use different colors for all three components or just use one solid color of size 3 fashion cotton thread. This is a quick project that can be completed over the weekend in time for your next big event.

Weekend Bucket Bag
The Weekend Bucket Bag was inspired by Lion Brand’s Jeans yarn - check out that front pocket! It's just the right size for most phones, and we all need a big pocket for those these days! The base of the bag is reinforced with plastic canvas, which is a great item to use for crochet projects like this - you can cut it to any size, it's inexpensive, and it's washable! Here, it helps the Weekend Bucket Bag hold its shape, and makes the bottom of the bag that much stronger - so you can fill it up and head out for a weekend of fun! Handmade Crochet Bag
I made this crochet handbag to the same pattern of the ladies fancy bag. In this time I made the flap also, cause of my sister told me to making the flap. I wrote the entire pattern again, and share to you those who want to make the flap crocheting bag. Some people liked very much the flap crochet bags. The flap handbags look beautiful and fancy; I also like very much to crochet the handbags.
Crochet Clutch With Color Block Flap Pattern

Oh, you bet! Book cover, notebook cover, e-reader cover? Check, check, check. Whatever you choose to use your crochet clutch for, be sure to make a couple extras to give away.
My Go To Bag
Straps 26 inches long and 2 inches wide Bag 17 inches long by 15 inches wide when measured on a flat surface Handle Drop 14 inches My Go To Bag is my practical, everyday crocheted bag. I wanted a bag I could use for everything - from beach bag to book bag - a single crocheted base gives this bag extra support - the first few rounds are crocheted in double crochet and then the main bag is worked up in an easy to work granny stitch stripe pattern. I chose to make my straps slightly wider than most bags because when you fill the bag and the straps stretch, they will remain comfortable on your shoulders. If you would like to have a narrower strap, it is very easy to change the width of the strap. Simply add one extra decrease repeat of: Sc2tog, 1 sc in each of the next 2 sts, sc2tog. Ch 1, turn. 4 in place of R11 of the straps and for R80 work: 2 sc in the first st, 1 sc in each of the next 2 sts, 2 sc in the last st, ch 1, turn. 6. Have fun making this simple, attractive and practical Go To Bag! You can substitute any yarn and hook for this stitch pattern - just remember when you substitute if your gauge is different, the finished size of your project will also be different.
