Beekle The Unimaginary Friend Crochet

This cute stuffie is named Beekle. He is a character from the charming book Beekle : The Unimaginary Friend written by Dan Santat. This book is about creative imagination and the wonders of friendship. It's been a hit in our home and is sure to be one in yours as well. I often gift this book at baby showers and write a note for the little one inside in leu of a card. I recently contacted the author asking for permission to create this pattern and he graciously said it's perfectly fine by him. I hope you enjoy this book, pattern, and sharing friendships.

Gemstone Lace Dress

I made this Gemstone Lace Dress for my daughters 2nd birthday! With over 60 hours of work, it's one of my favorites project by far. I used almost 1,000 yards of Aunt Lydias Crochet Thread (Size 10) and a 1.80mm Crochet Hook! It was so worth it to spend so much time on this gorgeous dress for my little one! I most likely will NEVER attempt another lace dress like this again, but, I can't imagine making anything else for her! It was perfect! I created the pattern to fit any toddler 24months - 3t

Princess Cape Coat

Don't let your girl be a frozen princess during the holidays, keep her warm with this crochet cape coat pattern. This pattern works up surprisingly fast using mostly double crochet. My daughter is at a wonderful age right now. She has just started to enjoy dressing up. She also loves to make herself pretty by putting on dresses, shawls and jewelry. It is just sad when the little ones have to bundle up on Halloween and you don't get to see too much of their costume. The crochet cape coat can be added to any princess costume.
