The Iris stitch is another one of my favorite stitches. It has a flower-like look, it creates a “Holey” fabric and still has more of a modern look. It's a great stitch to use in blankets or as a border. The stitch consists of dc's and chain which makes it very easy and is what makes it also works up really fast, which is a bonus! When you work a blanket from the middle out, it gives you more freedom to decide the blanket's size as you go."
It is a stash busting crochet project to use up all your odd bits and bobs of yarn and make it into something beautiful and useful at the same time! the patterns use aran/worsted weight yarn and 5 mm hook. I used Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran for my crochet square pattern. It is a lovely acrylic yarn to work with. I have opted for 3 different colours to make some of the crochet stitches really pop."
The Traveling Crochet Afghan Square is the number 11 square in the Traveling Crochet Afghan Project. It is made using the Tunisian Crochet technique. The Traveling Afghan Crochet Square features a bold cable down the center for depth and a 3D type of effect. The cable is achieved using the Tunisian Crochet. I can teach you how to crochet the Tunisian Crochet technique, too, with video tutorials. You'll love this addition to the Traveling Afghan Project."
Introducing the ‘Little Love' square pattern; Dora's take on the classic solid granny square! Worked using linked crochet stitches, this is a modern twist which creates a solid contemporary fabric. Just as flexible as a traditional granny square you can use this motif to make blankets, bags, hats, ponchos, afghans, pillows, sweaters and so much more! The pattern includes written instructions, a step by step photo guide and a video tutorial (for left and right handers!). It explains the linked double crochet stitch and offers an extra tutorial for that too!"
Do you love quilting and crochet? Because you're in luck with the Linen Log Cabin Square! It's a combination of a very classic design, the Log Cabin, but uses the linen stitch to give it a little more texture and dimension. This design is a quick and fun way to use up the many odds and ends of yarn you (and I) have all over the place. You may sell all finished products made from this pattern; however you may not share, sell, or distribute this pattern in any way, in whole or in part. I would greatly appreciate a link back to my shop or this pattern anytime you sell this item online.
"The August Interlocking Square uses interlocking crochet in the round to create a stunning geometric design. This pattern uses two colors of worsted weight yarn and a size H crochet hook. The free pattern includes written instructions, charts, and a video tutorial to walk you through this fun (and addicting!) technique. This is the 8th square in the interlocking tiles set, which is being released one square per month for the entire 2021 year. I hope you enjoy it!"
