Small Gift Bag

This small gift bag is perfect for holding that little gift you want to surprise someone with, great size to fit a small jewelry box. It's made with all half double crochet stitches so it's easy and works up quickly. Use a single color if you like, or change colors every few rounds for a nice “scrap busting” project. Also looks great with self striping yarn. Pattern calls for worsted weight yarn and a size H hook, but could easily be adapted for different weight of yarn, just use a hook size appropriate for your yarn choice. Happy hooking!

Cabana Crochet Bag

The Easy Cabana Crochet Bag Pattern will be your everyday tote bag for beach outings or picnics. The round style and durable raffia yarn is a perfect pair. The free crochet pattern is an easy skill level with helpful photos and plenty of tips along the way. The raffia yarn is fun to crochet with and gives a casual summery feel to the bag. Learn what yarn to use and a good substitute that works too.

Multipurpose Crochet Bag

This Multipurpose Crochet Bag can be used for so many different things. I use it for yarn, but feel free to use it for wine bottles. :-) I used 4 different colors of Caron One Pound yarn. I love the look of it. The Bag also has dividers (even with pockets) inside that can be removed or rearranged. So cool. That gives you hundreds of possibilities what to use this bag for. I used the suzette stitch and the waistcoat stitch besides the standard stitches. I included many videos to almost every part of the bag construction.Multipurpose Crochet Bag

Weekend Bucket Bag

The Weekend Bucket Bag was inspired by Lion Brand's Jeans yarn - check out that front pocket! It's just the right size for most phones, and we all need a big pocket for those these days! The base of the bag is reinforced with plastic canvas, which is a great item to use for crochet projects like this - you can cut it to any size, it's inexpensive, and it's washable! Here, it helps the Weekend Bucket Bag hold its shape, and makes the bottom of the bag that much stronger - so you can fill it up and head out for a weekend of fun! Cross Stitch Make-Up Bag / Pouch

I've been wanting to try cross stitching on crocheted fabric for a while now. I also thought that maybe you did too so I designed a small project for us to try it out on, a cross stitch make-up bag. This small zippered pouch is perfect for many different uses, but I plan to use it as my new make-up bag. The pattern includes a photo tutorial for adding a zipper to your crochet projects and for the cross stitching.

Moroccan Plastic Grocery Bag Holder

It's that time of year again! The snow is melting (albeit more slowly than I'd like), the birds are starting to sing again, and the days are getting longer. All of these signs also mean that it's time for spring cleaning! Time to clean up and organize the clutter that's accumulated during the long winter months. There's one particular space that I'm constantly having to de-clutter… the pantry. More specifically, the mountains of plastic grocery bags that seem to multiply on their own. The Moroccan Grocery Bag Holder is the perfect crochet solution!
