The Olivia Sweater is a stunning and so simple crochet pattern that is worked in panels on a bias to form the v shaped color blocking. To adjust the length increase / decrease the length of the color B section for the front and back panels (make sure to adjust your yarn requirements accordingly).

The crochet bead stitch is one of my favorite stitches to design around. It looks a little fancy, but if you can single crochet and double crochet, you can certainly make the bead stitch. This pattern includes US women's sizes XS-XXL. I used a 2 Fine weight yarn and a 5 mm hook. If you'd like a bead stitch refresher course, there's a link available with the pattern.
