The crochet bead stitch is one of my favorite stitches to design around. It looks a little fancy, but if you can single crochet and double crochet, you can certainly make the bead stitch. This easy bead stitch pull over is simple to make and with the accompanying video tutorial, it is easy/beginner friendly. Made with Lion Brand Jean Vaquero in 4 medium weight and using both 5mm and 6mm hooks, but you could use any #4 medium weight yarn you prefer. Long Crochet Cardigan
This long luxurious looking cardigan is surprisingly beginner friendly and easy to make. You can do it! Available in sizes XS-XXL, the easy to follow free pattern includes step by step photos and instructions as well as a follow along video tutorial. I used a 10mm hook and #6 super bulky yarn for this sweater. The cardigan is made in 5 separate pieces and then sewn together. The collar is added after. The chains when you start will be the length of the cardigan, if you want shorter or longer just make less or more chains at the beginning, but the back panel and the front panel have to have the same amount of chains.
Button Down Crochet Cardigan
This button down crochet cardigan pattern is simple to make. The buttons are optional but very easy to add. The free pattern is includes US women's sizes XS-XXL and is simple to adjust to your preferred fit. Also includes a full length, follow along video tutorial so you can't go wrong!
