At a garage sale, I scored a crocheted piece that I perceived to be a rectangle shawl, but could have been a table runner. It was comprised of two large granny squares seamed together with a single crochet join. While I was not crazy about the colors and there was some paint that got on it at some point, I was in love with the idea, and took it home as inspiration for this shawl.

Picot Crochet Shawl Free Pattern
Have you ever wanted to learn to crochet a shawl with a pretty texture? The Picot Crochet Shawl uses two strands of yarn held together for some sections.
